Технология бенчмаркинга как фактор устойчивого развития медицинской организации

Аннотация: 

В настоящее время руководители медицинских организаций решают вопрос – каким образом обеспечить качество и доступность медицинской помощи с наименьшими затратами ресурсов при условии возрастающих объемов оказания медицинских услуг для населения. Для обеспечения устойчивости развития учреждения здравоохранения требуется внедрение ряда организационных улучшений и инноваций. Такая деятельность затрагивает все ключевые направления работы медицинской организации: менеджмент процессов, менеджмент ресурсов, мониторинг, измерение, анализ, изучение, улучшения, инновации и обучение. Поэтому руководителям, отвечающим за достижение долгосрочных целей организации, требуется эффективный инструмент, позволяющий осуществить организационные изменения с минимальными затратами ресурсов. Таким инструментом является маркетинговая технология – бенчмаркинг, который получил широкое распространение в областях: промышленности, торговли, сфере услуг, строительства, энергетики и т. д. Зарекомендовал он себя и в отрасли здравоохранения при оценке новых способов лечения, оценке качества оказания медицинских услуг, оценке эффективности действия лекарственных препаратов, оценке безопасности пациентов и т. д.
Однако применение технологии бенчмаркинга как фактора устойчивого развития медицинской организации изучено недостаточно, что обусловило актуальность настоящего исследования. В статье приведен обзор литературы, позволяющий сделать выводы о том, что бенчмаркинг применим для реализации организационных улучшений и инноваций. И предложен авторский подход к использованию технологии бенчмаркинга в концепции устойчивого развития медицинской организации.
